Introduction

 I recently heard a profound statement,

All men die, but not all men live!

 WOW! read that a couple times and really think about it. This statement truly inspired me even more to reach out to people and deliver this message:

 Do you know that you are exceptional? Did you know that you were delicately knitted together in your mother’s womb? Did you know that before you were born, God knew you? Do you know that God created you for a purpose? This is all true! God has great and wonderful plans for your life, but if you never find out who you are and what your purpose is in life, you will never be fulfilled all of your days. You can be full yet not be fulfilled. Fulfill: To bring to an end- complete. Also- To measure up to; satisfy.

God inspired men of old in writing a book called The Bible. The Bible is God’s holy word passed down for all of us for the purpose of knowing who we are, and how special we are to Him. The bible is the pathway that God has instructed us to follow. We must follow this path in order to live a victorious life and gain eternity. Are we able to live a booming life without following God’s instructions? Yes, if we never have to stare adversity in the face. As long as everything goes smoothly, and we are able to sail through life, we are fine, but we all know life happens and so does turmoil.

 When we do not know who we are in Christ, and what He has placed us on earth for, our spirit can be tossed to and fro, easily in the wind, when trouble comes our way. We will be like a battered sailboat on a raging sea. When we have a broken or wandering spirit, we may take on destructive attributes that could hinder us from ever finding and fulfilling our true-life purpose that God created in us. When we do not know who we are, and what our true purpose on planet earth is, we are unstable in all our ways; we eat, drink, live, love and marry unhappiness. We work twice as hard at trying to be happy, while covering it up with far more tangible goods than one really needs in life, all for the sake of trying to fulfill an empty space in our heart, a space that God himself intended to be His dwelling place. 

•  So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.  Genesis 1:27

•  I will give you praise, for I am strangely and delicately formed; your works are great wonders, and of this my soul knows that right well. Psalm 139:13

 God did not place us on this earth to run wild and do our own thing. Jesus was born into this world, like you and I, as a baby, grew up, trained the apostles how to love, live, teach, preach and heal the sick, both physically and spiritually and to pass that knowledge on to the rest of us to carry on throughout all generations. Once we have learned of Jesus and His excruciating, sacrificial death for our salvation, once we have partaken of Jesus and receive His Holy Spirit, through Him, we have the ability to live life more victoriously and are expected to carry on His name, in His work and His message just as the apostles did. Once we have the Holy Spirit, we are to be like the apostles and carry on the preaching, teaching, and healing to a lost and dying world. We live in a sick world and each of us has sufficient work to do.    

Imagine you had a family with 6 children and that you were so in debt that you were losing your home and could not feed your children, your car blew up and if that was not bad enough, you lost your job. In desperation, you called your elderly mother for help. Your mother sold everything she owned and gave you the money. You decided to take all the money she gave you and visit the casino in hopes of doubling the amount. For a while, you were doing great, cha ching! cha ching! it started to be fun!  You were on a winning streak, and being ahead of the game, you actually began to enjoy your casino visit. Suddenly, after a careless bet of double or nothing, the tables turned. Oops! Your winning streak went south and you lost everything. You returned home and received a phone call from the hospital; it was your elderly mother- she had had a heart attack. She gave you everything she owned, because she loved you so much, and your negligence and carelessness was more than she could bear.

 Jesus loved each of us much more than that. He looked upon the sin that was in our life, and the hell that you and I were destined to spend eternity in. He gave His life, He shed His precious blood on the cross for you and me, to save us from a life of death, hell and destruction. Most of us take His love and His blood sacrifice so mildly that it is almost like we spit upon Him, we wound Him, and put Him back on the cross to be sacrificed daily.     

•  He loves you, He is your father, and He is your God, your Redeemer, and your Savior!   

•  Pray that the LORD your God will tell us where we should go and what we should do." Jeremiah 42:3  

 Although, I believe most people live a decent life from day to day, I also know some of us carry memories and scars so deep and wide that we would like nothing more than to erase them from our minds forever. Since the beginning of time, humans have desired love. God created Adam in His own image and breathed the breath of life into his nostrils. God created an entire paradise for him with everything he could ever want, but God saw loneliness in Adams's heart. Because God cared so much about Adam, His creation and his ever need, He caused a deep sleep to fall on him, and took one of his ribs to make him a wife. If you give this some thought, there must have been a lot of love in God’s heart for Adam. He was   created out of the dust of the earth and God personally breathed the breath of life into Adam, he was very special to God.

Humans are creatures of habit, and because of this, we become easily addicted to things whether they are good or bad for us. God’s design for us was to become addicted to Him, His love, and His Holy Spirit which will not only lead us to an abundant life, but salvation. God created us to be prayerful in everything, eat good and healthy food and develop a wholesome love for each other. God designed us with free will so that we would willfully choose to love and respect Him, but with our free will, most of us choose to do the opposite. We love unhealthy food, reject God and His loving ways, only pray when we are desperate and desire an instant answer, play games with our life, and abuse each other's love, etc. You must believe that God certainly did not error in giving us free will to choose Him and the divine purpose that He set before you and me for His namesake. God knows who will honor, respect, put their trust in him and who will reject him, and not follow his plan.  

Friend, it is not an accident that you are reading this book; it is your divine appointment. I believe you are one of those who choose God.

 For those who do love God and choose, respect, honor and to follow His way, God is wise enough to realize that without His supernatural power, His intervention, His master plan and His skillful mind, that you and I would fail miserably in our life on earth. He has skillfully planned and equipped us with everything we would ever need to carry out life on this earth and overcome all its stumbling blocks, triumphantly through Him, in the name of Jesus. When God spoke the world into existence, He strategically placed everything within its Celestial sphere. Everything has a precise time, a season, and a purpose, and He declared it was good! You have heard it said, “Every cloud has a silver lining.” It is always possible to get something positive out of a situation, no matter how unpleasant, difficult or even painful it might seem.

 Dear friend, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers.

 Are you living life to its fullest or is there much room for improvement? Are you content and happy or do you often encounter a feeling of emptiness deep within? Do you have a difficult time finding real peace and happiness? Do you sometimes feel like a dark rain cloud has attached itself to your life? Do you feel as if your life is a big puzzle that is missing a piece? Do you feel that missing piece is money, maybe a better job, a husband, a wife, children, education, maybe it’s a house, car, land, airplane, etc.?

 The above questions have entered into the heart and mind and out of the mouth of most every one of us at some point in our life. This book will get to the bottom of all of these questions for you. You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. 

 Would you really like to know the true purpose God created you or do you dare? The greatness about truth, it is not bias or without merit. The writings in this book have been as therapeutic for me in my life as they will be for you and your life. As I pray for revelation, inspiration, knowledge, insight, and guidance in writing this book, my own spirit is being ministered to, my own life is being transformed, and my own weakness and shortcomings are strengthened. It is not by accident that you are reading this book; it is a message for you!

 This book may be the most helpful, inspiring, and eye-opening book you have ever read. I pray that your life will be transformed and changed through the life-altering tools that you will soon discover in the following chapters. I urge you to read each chapter carefully, embedding every word deep within the walls of your heart, your mind, and your spirit. I believe you are reading this book by divine appointment.

 Are you ready to find true happiness and contentment in your life? Then find a comfy seat and let’s begin to change our life together through Jesus. Reading this book will not only reveal to you who you are and your true purpose in life, but will turn your mess into your message and your test into your testimony; Guaranteed

 It doesn’t matter who you are, what you have done, or how far away from God you may be at this time, the creator of this world knows you, and has a divine purpose and calling upon your life.

 If you honestly want to rise above and conquer your circumstance, if you truly want to have your questions answered, and find happiness within, this book will provide you with the answers and the help you need. You will discover that through Jesus, you can find peace in your turmoil, shelter in the midst of a storm and hope in a hopeless situation, as well as light in your darkness. You will also discover that this book, “Created With Purpose” is straightforward and in no wise sugarcoated. Instead of camouflaging you with a false sense of security, this book will help equip you, strengthen you, and fill you with the power that God intended you to have.
